There is nothing more wonderful than a refreshing swim in VILLA FLOYD's  "electricronic" heated pool, no matter the time of day or night.  The pool is located on the western side of the villa in a completely screened-in lanai, which gets all the afternoon sun.

Dining is a pleasure poolside at one of two dining areas, and there is a propane gas Bar-B-Que grill with all the tools for your outdoor grilling experience.

The Lanai is completely screened-in,  and becomes an integral part of the living area...  Two bedrooms, the master bath, and the family room ALL open directly to it.
Relax in the large hot tub Jacuzzi.	Perfect for grilling steaks, chicken, fish, pork, or just burgers & hot dogs... on 4 separate burners.
