Children 12 and under are always free.
Ask about special deals on "Last Minute" rentals. There is usually no additional charge for pets 30 lbs. and under, (except for the additional PET CLEANING up-charge
of $100.00, applicable to all rentals with pets . Contact owner for rates which may be applicable to guests wishing
to bring larger, or multiple, pets.
BOAT RENTAL - Add:
US $500.00 / week for qualified users. Discounted boat rates provided for month long renters. US $150.00 - One time check-out / orientation / instruction by our Licensed U.S. Coast Guard boat captain. US $ 25.00 PER WEEK - Boat Towing Insurance required OR US $100,00 PER Month.
OTHER CHARGES:
A REFUNDABLE CONFIRMATION
/ SECURITY deposit of US $750.00 is required when making weekly reservations. A deposit of US $1000.00
to US $1,250.00 may be required for monthly rentals. Basic rental fees are due SIXTY DAYS PRIOR to
arrival.
